It’s finally time. You are ready to sit down and start designing that custom home or cabin you have always wanted. Maybe you already own the lot you want to build on or are in the process of looking for that lot, we want to tell you congratulations! This is an exciting time. Yes, it can be stressful, but at Arizona Elite Builders we do our best to make this process as stress free as possible. Some of our customers have a great idea of what they want when they come to meet us for the first time. Others don’t even know where to start. No matter your stage, we are here to lend our expertise to help you come up with the best designs possible to work within your budget, style and timeline. We work with some great Architects to help you brainstorm and get everything squared away so you are 100% confident in the design. We will sit with you and show you as many ideas as we can to help narrow in what you are looking for. It is the best feeling to sit down with a client that is a little lost as to what they want to do, and then after our initial meetings, they have a great idea of what they want and how their home will look. Gilbert Arizona Farm House Custom Home

This stylish Farm house custom build is one of our favorites. It’s stylish and sturdy and most of all it’s exactly what this family needs to live comfortably.

Complete Fire Restoration Rebuild

This home is one of our fire rebuild homes. Sadly when the home burnt, there wasn’t anything salvageable, and for this reason we had to scrape the home to the ground and rebuild it completely. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a great country feel to it with it’s front deck and farm style look. We were able to assist the client and help them make some modifications that really maximize the space they had in their home. Moving a few closets and doorways around made the modifications the client always wanted. We are happy to be apart of turning something negative like a home burning down into such a job and positive for our clients. They were so happy when they saw the final plans and we are excited to break ground in the month of January on this home. Something else about this home that is unlike most Phoenix valley homes is that it is built on pier post with footers. What this does is allows the home to be framed up off the ground without the traditional concrete foundation you would typically see across the valley.
