Mesa Arizona Tract Home Remodel

When building with a tract builder, it can get very costly to do upgrades through them. We have many clients that do the standard items with the builder, and then give Arizona Elite Builders a call. This Mesa Arizona home had a nice open floor plan, but needed to update some things. We did two different remodels on this home that included flooring throughout, new doors and trim, new custom shower and changed kitchen island. This was an extensive project, so our client waited till we were done with the remodel before moving in. Once in, she loved the final product.

Modular Home Bathroom Remodel Mesa Arizona

At Arizona Elite Builders we work with many different types of homes. This modular home in Mesa Arizona needed an updated master bathroom shower. It had a very basic shower kit surround with track sliding glass doors. We transformed this shower with a nice tile surround and deco strip, seamless glass and small bench. The client was extremely happy with how the shower turned out. It took a standard shower and made it something special he could enjoy.

ADA Bathroom Mesa Arizona Remodel

We work with Veterans that have different needs. This client in Mesa, Arizona needed to change the flooring throughout their downstairs in order to have all the flooring be even and level. In addition to this we were able to change his bathroom to be more accessible if in a wheel chair. This custom build cabinet by one of our team members turned out amazing. The level grade shower entrance made for a super custom look. The client really liked the tile surround, new toilet, vanity and granite tops. In addition to the bathroom and the wood look tile floor, we also changed up the fireplace tile.

Scottsdale Arizona Remodel

This Scottsdale Arizona remodel was a complete gut. We removed walls and opened up the space to have a more open flow to the home. All new kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathroom remodels to include subway tile surrounds. This project was for a large property management company that we work with. When tenants move out of their homes, they call us to update everything to get top rent with the next tenant.

Gilbert Arizona Flip Remodel

We work with investors to provide high quality work for their flips and holds. These Gilbert Arizona properties turned out great. We go into these homes that need to be completely remodeled. New kitchens, bathrooms, flooring etc. They look awesome once they are done.
